Abstract: ABSTRACT A SMART AI-BASED PLANT MONITORING & AUTOMATED NUTRIENT CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF An autonomous, closed-loop plant monitoring and nutrient control system (100) and method are disclosed. An image acquisition module (102) supplies images to a CNN growth-stage classifier (300) outputting a probabilistic growth-stage vector (Stream A, 406), preserved without hard-labelling. A soil sensor array (210) supplies a multi-parameter reading (Stream B, 404), while a time-series module (108) derives an LSTM output vector (412) (Stream C, 402) via Branch 1 (408). A hybrid decision model (400) fuses these via Branch 2 (410) and a decision network (416) into a four-node output layer (504). A thresholding stage (506) independently activates nutrient-adjustment labels (512), triggering an IoT command module (112) to actuate corresponding pumps (208), e.g. Pump 1 (508) and Pump 3 (510), via a relay board (206) and microcontroller (204). A feedback module (114) re-acquires post-actuation data (702, 704, 706) and periodically retrains the models (708), obviating cloud dependency. [Figure 1]
