Abstract: The present invention relates to smart agricultural multi-parametric rapid integrated diagnostic sample processing and analytical device (100) characterized in that: sample receiving chamber (101) to receive biological or environmental sample, sample processing unit (103) positioned downstream and including at least one rotary grinding assembly to mechanically disintegrate and homogenize the biological or environmental sample (102), extraction chamber (104) disposed in fluid communication with the biological or environmental sample to receive homogenized sample followed by extraction buffer (106) for releasing extract of the biological or environmental sample, filtration assembly (107) positioned downstream of the extraction chamber (104) to separate suspended particulate matter from the extract of the biological or environmental sample, and a distribution chamber (108) disposed beneath filtration assembly (107), to deliver the aliquots through a plurality of fluid distribution channels (109) to a plurality of interchangeable analytical chambers (110A-110D) for parallel analytical processing from a single extracted sample.
