Abstract: The present invention relates to a sensor-based system and method for predictive spoilage detection in stored agricultural produce. The invention comprises a plurality of sensors configured to monitor temperature, relative humidity, and one or more gaseous parameters within a storage environment, a processing unit configured to acquire and preprocess sensed data, a predictive analysis module configured to determine spoilage risk based on correlated evaluation of the sensed data, and a control module configured to generate alerts and/or actuate ventilation or other environmental correction devices when unfavorable storage conditions are detected. The system may further include a communication interface for remote monitoring and alert transmission. By combining multisensor monitoring, predictive analysis, and automated control, the invention enables early identification of spoilage conditions, reduces post- harvest losses, improves storage efficiency, and enhances the quality and shelf life of agricultural produce.
