Inventors include Ranjana Shrikant Ubale; Dr. Kailash Baliram Sapnar; Dr. Nitin Madhukar Kulkarni; and Shubhangi Vijay Gaikar.

The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.

Abstract: The invention relates to a long-range LoRa-enabled lux monitoring and lighting control system (10) comprising a transmitter node (100) and a receiver node (200) interconnected by a bidirectional LoRa wireless link (300). The transmitter node (100) includes an ambient light sensor (102), microcontroller (104), LoRa module (108), OLED display (112), relay driver (114), LED load (116), and power supply (118). The receiver node (200) includes a LoRa module (202), microcontroller (204) executing threshold logic (208) and a command generator (210), OLED display (208a), cloud monitoring module (212), and power supply (216). The ambient light sensor (102) measures illuminance and transmits corresponding data to the receiver node (200), which compares the measured value with a predefined threshold and transmits Light-ON or Light-OFF commands to control the LED load (116). The system provides automatic daylight-responsive lighting control for large-area environments.
