Abstract: ABSTRACT “A SEMI-AUTOMATIC GRAIN DRYING METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPERATING GRAIN DRYING METHOD THEREOF” A semi-automatic drying method for a biomass grain drying plant includes a phase-determination step, a phase-controlled drying step, and an optional advanced control step. The plant comprises a biomass furnace (103), at least one multi-stage drying tower (119), a hot-air supply system, and a centralized processing unit (128). The phase- determination step includes determining an operational phase of the dryer selected from loading, drying, cooling and unloading using bin-level sensors, grain moisture sensors (121) and grain temperature sensors (122). The phase-controlled drying step includes loading grain using an elevator (125) and distributor (126), drying the grain by supplying hot air through a hot-air damper (115) while operating front fan (117) and exhaust fan (118), regulating drying conditions using a micro air adjuster (116), cooling the grain by supplying ambient air, and unloading the grain after cooling. Ambient air supplied to the dryer is preheated by a preheater (113) using waste heat from the furnace or flue duct, and the centralized processing unit selectively supplies preheated or ambient air .
