The application for the patent was published on October 09, 2026, under issue no. 41/2026.
Abstract: A SELF-OPTIMIZING ADAPTIVE AI SYSTEM FOR FRAUD DETECTION, RISK ANALYSIS AND AUTOMATED FINANCIAL DECISION MAKING A self- optimizing adaptive AI system and method for fraud detection, risk analysis and automated financial decision making is disclosed. The method includes the steps of receiving financial datasets (101), pre-processing of financial data (102), feature optimization using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) (103), training an adaptive ResNet-based AI model (104), testing the model accuracy (105), dynamically adjusting the neural network layers if necessary (106), feedback evaluation (108), classifying the financial data into legitimate, manipulated and fraudulent (109), generating risk scores and fraud alerts (110), and completing the fraud detection process (111). The system includes financial data sources (201), data ingestion layer (202), data processing module (203), feature optimization module (204), dynamic AI engine (205), feedback learning module (206), fraud classification module (207), decision and alert system (208), and database and storage system (209). The system also supports continuous feedback-based optimization so as to allow automatic adaption to the changing financial patterns and emerging fraud behaviors. The invention improves the fraud detection accuracy, adaptive learning ability, financial security and automated decision reliability, as well as reduces the manual intervention and dependence on static fraud detection models.
