Abstract: ABSTRACT A SELF ALIGNING BI-ANGULAR COMBINED ASSEMBLING AND WELDING FIXTURE The present invention relates to a self-aligning bi- angular combined assembling and welding fixture is disclosed for assembling a support sub-assembly comprising four individual pipe components with precise bi- angular orientations. The fixture includes a base plate (1), a centrally located stopper block (2) to position a first pipe (5), three rest pieces (3) arranged to hold three second pipes (4) at angles of 45 degrees about the X-axis and 120 degrees about the Z-axis, and a setting ring (4) to ensure central axis alignment between the pipes. This design enables accurate, efficient assembly and tack welding of the support sub-assembly, reducing manual labor and enhancing production consistency for batch manufacturing. Ref. Fig. 1
