Abstract: The present invention relates to a self-adaptive precision manufacturing system designed for improving dimensional accuracy, process stability and manufacturing consistency in precision production environments. The invention integrates sensor-guided workpiece localization, adaptive smart fixturing, real-time process monitoring, intelligent control and closed-loop compensation. The system identifies actual workpiece position and orientation, regulates clamping conditions, observes machining parameters and automatically modifies machining conditions when deviations are detected. The invention reduces dependence on manual correction and enables reliable manufacturing of components subjected to workpiece variation, tool wear, thermal effects and machining disturbances.
