Abstract: Title of Invention A SEED-LOT RECONDITIONING SYSTEM, TREATMENT UNIT AND METHOD WITH PRE-ACTUATION SAFETY VERIFICATION AND FEEDBACK-CONFIRMED EXECUTION ABSTRACT A seed-lot reconditioning system comprises a diagnostic input interface, a controller (104), and a treatment unit (106) having a seed chamber (140), treatment actuator, drying circuit (150), sensors, and an independently operable thermal cut-out (155). The controller derives a lot condition state (126) from a measured physical property and generates a machine-readable per-lot prescription record (130) containing treatment and moisture- reduction set-points, a crop-associated temperature ceiling, and a measured endpoint criterion. Before actuation, a verification engine (132) compares the record with locally stored crop and compatibility data, chamber and hardware state, actuator availability, and the active thermal cut-out threshold; an incompatible record is rejected and logged (133) without actuation. An accepted record controls treatment and drying until the measured endpoint is attained. Feedback-derived executed values and the attained endpoint are written to an execution confirmation (134), and the record cannot close until the confirmation is associated with the lot identifier.
