Abstract: A secure Web 3.0-based healthcare framework and method are disclosed, integrating a lightweight TabNet-based model for heart disease prediction with a fragmented distributed encryption scheme having trustless reconstruction (FDE-TR) and blockchain integration. Healthcare data is preprocessed and provided to a TabNet-based prediction module employing a sequential attention mechanism to yield accurate predictions. Prediction-related data is fragmented and encrypted using distinct cryptographic keys and stored in a distributed database, such as MongoDB, reducing data exposure and storage cost. Only critical metadata, such as hash values and access-control rules, is stored on a blockchain using smart contracts, with a Web3 gateway service, such as Infura, enabling efficient blockchain interaction. During retrieval, an authorized user reconstructs the original data using a threshold-based method, with integrity verified against the blockchain-recorded hash value. The framework provides a scalable, cost-effective, and privacy-preserving solution for healthcare data management and disease prediction.
