The clamp unit comprises a torsion shaft supported in molded bearing journals, a clamping arm for engaging a conductor, and a slot for enabling actuation with the help of an external tool. The clamp provides secure, tamper-resistant, and consistent clamping force, enabling quick installation of conductors in single-phase or three-phase meters.
