The application for the patent was published on June 19, 2026, under issue no. 25/2026.
Abstract: A safety helmet system (100) for hazardous industrial environments integrates a helmet body (102), a safety mask module (104), an oxygen module (106), an alert indicator module (108), a microcontroller module (110), a gas sensor module (112), an actuation module (114), a power supply module (118), a connectivity module (120), and a switching circuit module (122). The gas sensor module (112) continuously monitors hazardous gas concentration and ambient oxygen level surrounding the user (124). Upon detecting a hazardous gas threshold breach, the microcontroller module (110) automatically deploys the safety mask module (104) through the actuation module (114) without manual intervention. Upon detecting oxygen deficiency, the microcontroller module (110) activates the oxygen module (106) to release breathable oxygen to the user (124). The alert indicator module (108) generates audible and visual warnings, and the connectivity module (120) transmits hazard data to supervisors, providing immediate integrated respiratory protection beyond existing alert-only systems.
