Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotating liner fixture assembly system (100) designed for the liner assembly of a chest freezer, The rotating liner fixture assembly system (100) includes a base structure (102), a first bearing (110), a second bearing(112), a horizontal shaft (114), a pipe (116), a liner fixture (118), and a piston cylinder system (120). The base structure (102) includes a first column (104), and a second column (106). The horizontal shaft (114) facilitates rotation of the liner fixture (118) around horizontal axis and the pipe (116) facilitates rotation of the liner fixture (118) around vertical axis, that optimizes the conventional assembly process by integrating four distinct operations—breaker assembly, liner assembly, coil installation, and taping plate application—into a single streamlined procedure. Thus, enhancing productivity, reducing manpower requirements, and optimizing material flow and space utilization.
