The five patentable contributions of the proposed invention are (1) a closed-loop risk-proportional inference scheduler eliminating the inference starvation gap; (2) post-inference metadata deduplication with hardware-timestamped causal conflict resolution with zero redundant inference; (3) a two-tiered confidence gate with independent variables eliminating the single-threshold trade-off; (4) a non-linear temporally-decaying logistic composite risk model with hysteresis-protected state preservation; (5) a multi-frame biometric embedding averaging for continuous severity-integral modulation — all on general-purpose CPU hardware.
