Abstract: The present invention relates to a retrofit driver centric behavioral monitoring and safety analytics system for conventional vehicles comprises a pedal interaction monitoring unit (1013) for detecting accelerator, brake, and clutch interaction patterns; a seating and sitting-duration monitoring unit (1011) for monitoring continuous sitting duration and fatigue through reduced micro-movement; and a steering interface unit (1012) for optional behavioral sensing. A Data Acquisition Unit (1020) aggregates multi-sensor signals and transmits data to a Microcontroller and Data Analysis Unit (1030) via a Data Logger (1040). An integrated GPS module correlates driver behavior with location and speed. The Microcontroller and Data Analysis Unit (1030) performs rule-based or AI-assisted behavioral classification and generates safety scores. A Wireless Communication Unit (1050) transmits analytics via IP to a web-based data visualization and analysis interface (2000) and a mobile application interface (3000). A Local Alert and Feedback Unit (1070) issues real-time audio or vibration alerts. The system operates without camera-based sensing and independently of the vehicle ECU, enabling privacy-preserving, lowcost installation in conventional vehicles without factory modification.
