The application for the patent was published on October 30, 2026, under issue no. 44/2026.
Abstract: A system and method for generating validated, engineering-standard-cited structural health monitoring anomaly reports. The system is operatively coupled to physical structural health monitoring sensors deployed on civil infrastructure. Upon detection of a sensor anomaly, the system retrieves relevant engineering standard clause segments from a vector database filtered by structure type, grounds a large language model generation step exclusively in the retrieved context, and applies a post- generation citation validator that executes a deterministic existence query against the vector database for every cited clause identifier. Clause identifiers absent from the vector database are removed before report persistence. A safety alert is dispatched regardless of citation validation outcome. The invention is not a computer program per se but a technical system producing a measurable real-world effect: prevention of erroneous engineering standard citations from reaching safety decision-makers on physical civil infrastructure.
