Abstract: 7. ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a resonance-based electronic induction generator for converting direct current electrical energy into alternating current electrical energy without mechanical motion. The generator comprises a DC electrical source (100), a MOSFET-based electronic switching device (101) controlled by a control unit (102), and a primary induction circuit including a capacitor bank (103) electrically coupled with a primary winding (107) to form a resonant LC circuit. A magnetic circuit comprising a primary magnetic limb (104) and a secondary magnetic limb (105) defines a substantially closed magnetic flux path, wherein one or more permanent magnets disposed in the primary magnetic limb (104) establish a static magnetic flux bias. A secondary winding (108) magnetically coupled to the primary winding (107) is electrically connected to a load (106). Operation of the MOSFET (101) at or near the resonant frequency generates a time-varying magnetic flux superimposed on the static magnetic bias, thereby inducing an alternating electrical output in the secondary winding (108) with reduced incremental power draw from the DC source (100). The figure associated with the abstract is Fig. 1.
