Abstract: The present invention relates to a regenerative energy harvesting system comprising a main large gear or crank gear (100), crank arm or connecting arm (101), outer casing or enclosure (102), bearing or axle point (103), smaller gear or drive gear or pinion (104), electronic module or circuit board (105), internal flywheels or generator discs (106), crank handle or input shaft (107), and output port or charging cable (108). The system converts mechanical energy into electrical energy through manual or vehicle-based input. Rotation of crank handle (107) transmits motion through crank arm (101) and gear train (100, 104) to increase rotational speed. Internal flywheels (106) stabilize rotation and drive electromagnetic generation. Electrical output is processed by electronic module (105) including rectification, capacitive filtering, and regulation. Energy is stored in lithium-ion battery or supercapacitors and delivered through output port (108). Outer casing (102) protects components. Bearing (103) ensures smooth rotation. The system enables low-cost regenerative energy harvesting for charging and low-power applications.
