Abstract: The present invention relates to a real-time industrial safety monitoring system with directional scanning and wireless alerts for detecting obstacles and human presence in hazardous industrial environments. The system comprises a detection device (1) including a VL53L0X laser distance sensor (101) and an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor (102) mounted on an SG90 servo motor (103) for continuous multi-directional scanning. The detection device (1) is operatively connected to a data processing unit (2) comprising an Arduino Uno microcontroller (201) configured to acquire, preprocess, validate, and compare sensor measurements with predefined safety thresholds. A Bluetooth communication module (3) comprising an HC-05 Bluetooth module (301) wirelessly transmits monitoring information to a mobile alert system. Upon detecting an object or human within a danger zone, an alert generation unit (4) comprising a buzzer (401) and LED indicators (402) is activated. A 16×2 I2C LCD display unit (5) comprising an LCD display (501) presents distance, scanning angle, and system status, providing accurate detection, rapid response, reduced false alarms, and reliable industrial safety without cloud dependence.
