Abstract: The present invention discloses a real-time AI-driven food safety and freshness intelligence system and a computer-implemented method thereof, wherein a unique digital identity is established for a food shipment linked to a cloud-based record and a physical identifier. A plurality of IoT sensors acquire real-time telemetry data comprising environmental data, chemical risk data, and geographic location data, which is processed by an AI engine via multi-sensor fusion analysis to identify a chemical risk fingerprint, calculate a dynamic freshness score, and predict remaining shelf-life by correlating sensor data with route-aware logistics data comprising deviations between a planned transport path and an actual transport path. A decision engine triggers logistics corrective actions upon safety threshold breach, and a transparency interface publishes a verified journey history and freshness certification accessible via a scannable physical identifier.
