Abstract: The invention relates to a quantum-inspired mathematical framework for solving deterministic and stochastic optimization problems through a hybrid computational model that incorporates principles inspired by quantum mechanics, including probabilistic state representation, superposition-inspired solution encoding, interference-based search mechanisms, and adaptive convergence strategies, without requiring quantum hardware. The invention further pertains to mathematical modelling and algorithmic design for high- dimensional optimization, uncertainty-aware decision-making, combinatorial optimization, machine learning, data analytics, engineering design optimization, financial modelling, logistics planning, and intelligent resource allocation. Specifically, the disclosed framework provides a unified mathematical architecture capable of representing multiple candidate solutions simultaneously using probabilistic state vectors and dynamically evolving these states through iterative transformation operators to identify globally optimal or near-optimal solutions with improved computational efficiency.
