Abstract: [077] The present invention provides a quantum-enabled defence resource and mission optimization system for real-time multi- objective tactical planning under adversarial constraints. The system receives authenticated operational data from physical defence resources, monitoring devices and command terminals and generates current resource-state vectors having confidence and freshness values. An adversarial constraint modelling module constructs a constraint representation containing confirmed, uncertain and alternative adverse operational states. A mission compiler converts mission requirements into a dynamically weighted optimization model. A hybrid quantum-classical engine generates candidate mission plans using a previously verified plan as a feasibility- preserving warm-start state. A classical verification module tests the candidate plans against current physical resource states, authorization requirements and an adversarial perturbation envelope. A real-time replanning orchestrator re-optimizes an affected portion of a verified plan while preserving unaffected assignments. Verified resource allocation instructions are cryptographically authenticated and transmitted through a secure command interface. Accompanied Drawing [FIGS. 1-2]
