Abstract: ABSTRACT Disclosed herein is a quantum convolutional neural network-based system (100) for retinal disease classification and diagnosis that comprises a device (102) and an enclosure panel (104) connected via an electrical wire duct (106). The device (102) includes a mounting rim (108) having an outer side flange (110) and a spindle, and a heating assembly (114) fixed to the outer side flange (110). The heating assembly (114) comprises mounting brackets (116), tubular heating elements (118), thermocouples (120), a slip ring (122), and an adapter (124). The enclosure panel (104) includes a temperature controller (126) and a data logger (128). The temperature controller (126) controls heating of the mounting rim (108) and tyre bead area to a preset temperature for a specified degree and duration, causing deformation of bead-material bonding and enabling bead pull-out.
