A quantum task preparation unit (106) generates a quantum-executable optimization structure that is processed through a quantum processing interface (107) communicating with a quantum processor (108). A quantum noise assessment unit (111) evaluates quantum reliability parameters, while a physical constraint validation unit (110) verifies compliance with predefined operating limits before an actuator command unit (109) issues control commands. A feedback learning unit (101) continuously updates future control decisions based on measured system responses. The invention improves real-time optimization, operational safety, computational efficiency, energy utilization, and reliability of hybrid quantum-artificial intelligence control systems.
