Abstract: The present invention relates to a pulse monitoring system for Ayurvedic health assessment integrating wearable sensors, IoT technology, and machine learning for non-invasive diagnostics, wherein a tri-sensor array of optical Photoplethysmography sensors is positioned at Cun, Guan, and Chi points on a radial artery to capture synchronized pulse signals corresponding to Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and wherein the sensors are mounted on a fixed mechanical sensor-alignment fixture to ensure consistent positioning and reliable signal acquisition, with acquired signals transmitted to microcontroller configured to perform preprocessing including noise removal, filtering, amplification, pulse peak detection, beat-to-beat interval calculation, and BPM computation, and further configured to transmit processed data wirelessly through IoT connectivity to a backend server, wherein a Python-based framework performs signal processing, feature extraction in time and frequency domains, and machine-learning–based classification using a Random Forest model to determine Dosha dominance and detect health irregularities, and a Flask-based web application provides APIs and an interactive dashboard for visualization of pulse trends, diagnostic outputs, confidence-based predictions, and longitudinal monitoring enabling real-time remote clinical assessment and preventive healthcare.
