Abstract: The present invention relates to psychology, psychological counselling, emotional assessment, and mental well-being support. The invention discloses a system comprising a psychological interaction interface, emotional pattern recognition engine, counselling formulation and support module, counsellor dashboard, psychological knowledge base, and secure mental health record database. The system receives mood journals, reflective text, voice reflections, self-assessment ratings, and psychometric responses; extracts affective and psychological features; recognizes present emotional states; and maps longitudinal emotional patterns. An individualized emotional-pattern signature is generated using emotional intensity, recurrence, triggers, cognitive themes, coping responses, and functional impact. The system estimates counselling need, generates preliminary psychological support, provides coping and psychoeducational recommendations, and escalates high-risk cases for professional intervention. The invention supports counsellor-supervised formulation, secure progress monitoring, adaptive follow-up, and psychology-centred emotional assistance.
