The propeller (1600) is located ahead of said rudder assembly (1500) or behind said rudder assembly (1500) concentrically abuts the magnetic coupling assembly (1400) for initiating thrust to propel the propulsion system (100) forward and backward by transmitting power from the thruster motor assembly (1000) to an output shaft (1430).
