Abstract: ABSTRACT Title of the Invention: A Programmable Air Change System for Solar Dryers The present invention to automatically controlling the drying environment within solar drying systems. The invention comprises a temperature and relative humidity sensing unit 3, a programmable microcontroller 5, an Arduino UNO control board 3, an air circulation blower, an SCR-based blower speed controller 4, and a programmed feedback control algorithm. The invention continuously monitors the temperature and relative humidity inside the drying chamber and compares the measured values with predetermined limits. When the temperature, relative humidity, or both exceed the pre-set limits, the microcontroller automatically initiates blower operation to expel hot, moisture-saturated air and introduce fresh atmospheric air, thereby maintaining the predetermined drying conditions. The blower speed is independently adjusted by the user through the SCR-based controller to provide the desired airflow velocity according to the drying requirements.
