Abstract: The present invention relates to manufacture of a dietary fibre supplement mainly from fenugreek seeds powder by using steam processing method by an equipment developed by this inventor (Drawing-1). The disliking odour, gumminess and bitterness of the native fenugreek seeds powder are significantly reduced by this steaming process. The trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitors in fenugreek seeds are inactivated in a greater extent which makes the fenugreek seeds powder more bio-available by this steaming process. This process saves all the biological activity of the native fenugreek seeds. This dietary fibre supplements works better to provide sustainable relief to the sufferers of Functional Dyspepsia, GERD, IBS and Constipation in comparison to other dietary fibre supplements
