The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.
Abstract: [053]The present invention relates to a standardized process for preparing Vrikshayurveda-based Herbal Kunapajala (KJ) and Panchgavya (PG) bio-formulations through controlled fermentation of cow-derived inputs, plant biomass, biodegradable kitchen and agricultural wastes, fruit and vegetable residues, oil cakes, medicinal plant materials, and locally available weeds. The process comprises sequential ingredient incorporation, controlled fermentation under standardized conditions, periodic stirring, and filtration to obtain stable liquid bio-formulations enriched with beneficial microorganisms, plant nutrients, enzymes, amino acids, organic acids, and naturally occurring plant growth-promoting substances. The resulting formulations are suitable for application through soil drenching, foliar spraying, seed treatment, root dipping, and fertigation to improve soil fertility, microbial activity, nutrient availability, plant growth, crop productivity, and resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses. The invention further promotes recycling of biodegradable organic waste, reduces dependence on chemical fertilizers and agrochemicals, and provides a reproducible, scalable, environmentally sustainable, and commercially viable bio-input suitable for organic, natural, and sustainable agricultural systems.
