MEENAKSHI AMMAL DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The present invention shall discloses a process for preparing an herbal gummy chocolate composition, comprising the steps of: a. weighing and combining dried Kudampuli (Garciniacambogia) powder, dark chocolate, dried amla powder, dried ginger powder, cumin powder, pectin, palm sugar powder, and purified water to obtain a batch; b. melting dark chocolate at a temperature to obtain molten chocolate mass; c. dissolving pectin in distilled water under continuous stirring to form a gelling solution; d. incorporating dried Kudampuli (Garciniacambogia) powder, dried amla powder, dried ginger powder, cumin powder, and palm sugar powder into the molten chocolate mass under stirring to obtain a herbal chocolate mixture; e. blending the herbal chocolate mixture with the said gelling solution under controlled stirring to form a gummy chocolate matrix; f. pouring the gummy chocolate matrix into molds and allowing to set at predtermined temperature to obtain a herbal gummy chocolate composition.
