Sapindus pericarp and Shikakai pods are dried, milled, and extracted with distilled water under continuous stirring, followed by filtration and concentration to obtain the botanical cleansing fraction. The fibrous matrix is immersed in the botanical cleansing fraction, pressed, and shaped into a predetermined pad structure under compression. The shaped scrubber is subsequently dried and conditioned by air-drying to obtain the biodegradable multifunctional botanical cleaning scrubber.
