Abstract: TITLE: A PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF ENZYMATIC FORMULATION FOR DISSOLVING NIT-ADHESIVE ON HUMAN HAIR APPLICANT: MEENAKSHI ACADEMY OF HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESEARCH ABSTRACT The present invention discloses a process of preparation of enzymatic topical formulation for dissolving nit adhesive from human hair, the process comprising: a. dissolving Bromelain and Papain in phosphate buffer solution to obtain an enzymatic mixture; b. adding glycerol and aloe vera gel into the enzymatic mixture under continuous stirring and maintaining at predetermined temperature followed by adding sodium chloride to obtain stabilized enzymatic formulation; c. filtering the stabilized enzymatic formulation to obtain enzymatic topical formulation. The present invention also discloses an enzymatic topical formulation for dissolving nit adhesive from human hair, prepared by the process as described above.
