Abstract: The present invention relates to a system of identifying factors influencing users’ adoption intention of healthcare metaverse platforms, by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with additional technological, behavioural, and psychological factors. The framework comprises a data acquisition module for collecting information related to simulation fidelity, technology readiness, system characteristics, user experience, perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude, technology anxiety, and adoption intention. A model generation and relationship analysis engine evaluates the interactions among these factors to identify key determinants influencing user acceptance of healthcare metaverse platforms. An adoption prediction module generates adoption intention scores, while a reporting module provides analytical insights and recommendations for improving platform usability, user engagement, and healthcare service delivery. The framework enables healthcare institutions, technology developers, and policymakers to assess user acceptance, optimize metaverse platform design, and formulate evidence-based strategies for effective digital healthcare implementation. By integrating technological readiness, immersive simulation characteristics, behavioural analysis, and adoption prediction within a unified decision-support framework, the invention facilitates reliable evaluation and enhancement of healthcare metaverse adoption.
