Abstract: ABSTRACT A PRO-TRAY MAKING MACHINE FOR CREATING BIODEGRADABLE TRAYS FROM BIODEGRADABLE MIXTURE The present invention provides a pro-tray making machine (100) for creating biodegradable trays from biodegradable mixture. The machine includes a frame (102) with a plurality of interconnected compartments (104), a spring-push mechanism, a pressure plate (108), a lever (110), and piercing points (114). The spring-push mechanism and lever (110) control the downward motion of the pressure plate(106), which compresses cow dung into the compartments to form interconnected pots (116). Piercing points (114) allow excess air and material to escape during molding. The machine (100) produces trays with interconnected pots(116), each featuring drainage holes and a central pit for plant growth. The pro-tray making machine (100) operates without electrical power and can produce 20-25 trays per hour, with each tray suitable for direct planting in soil.
