Abstract: ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a privacy-segmented staged engagement and escalation routing system (100) comprising a user interface module (101) configured to receive anonymous or authenticated access requests, a session identifier generator (102) configured to generate a temporary anonymized session identifier, an assessment engine (103) configured to determine a severity classification value, a severity classification engine (104) configured to compare the value with a predetermined threshold, and an escalation routing engine (105) configured to selectively route the anonymized session identifier to a peer exposure control module (106) or an appointment scheduling module (108) without disclosing assessment responses or identity records. The system further comprises a distributed data storage module (110) with segregated user and anonymized data stores and an anonymized aggregation engine (109) configured to generate institutional-level analytics while preserving privacy through identity isolation and controlled data segmentation.
