The healthcare participant computing unit(102) configured to perform local federated learning on healthcare data without transmitting raw healthcare data outside the healthcare participant computing unit(102). The communication interface(108) configured to transmit encrypted model updates, cryptographic proofs, consent-related information, and model parameters between the healthcare participant computing unit(102) and the aggregation computing unit(110). The blockchain computing unit(116) configured to maintain contribution records model updates and determine incentive distribution based on validated participation in federated learning operations. The system(100) enables decentralized identity-based consent enforcement, zk-SNARK-based training authenticity verification, HDBSCAN-based anomalous update detection, secure aggregation of encrypted model updates, blockchain-based governance and auditability, and personalized digital twin generation using an aggregated global model.
