Abstract: Disclosed is a pressure-stabilized micro-particle fog generation assembly (100) for portable vector-control machines. The assembly (100) comprises a vaporization chamber (102) configured to receive and vaporize a liquid insecticidal composition, a thermal regulation module (112) configured to maintain controlled vaporization conditions, a backflow prevention valve (110) configured to restrict reverse flow, a pressure equalization conduit (104) extending from the vaporization chamber (102), and a pressure buffering cavity (108) in communication with the pressure equalization conduit (104). The assembly (100) further comprises a micro-orifice atomization plate (106) positioned downstream of the vaporization chamber (102) and a fog discharge nozzle (114) configured to discharge micro-particle fog. In operation, excess vapor pressure is diverted into the pressure buffering cavity (108) to stabilize pressure conditions, thereby enabling uniform atomization across the micro-orifice atomization plate (106). The assembly (100) facilitates generation of micro-particle fog with improved droplet size uniformity and operational stability. FIG. 1 is the reference figure.
