Abstract: A PREDICTIVE MULTI-AGENT FRAMEWORK FOR AGRICULTURAL RISK ANALYSIS AND MANAGEMENT A predictive multi-agent framework for agricultural risk analysis and management is disclosed. The framework comprises a data acquisition layer, a preprocessing and fusion module, multiple intelligent agents, a predictive analytics engine, a risk assessment module, a decision support system, a communication module, and a feedback learning module. Agricultural data collected from IoT sensors, weather services, satellite imagery, drone platforms, market databases, and historical records are analyzed by specialized agents including climate, soil, disease, market, and advisory agents. Predictive models identify environmental, biological, and economic risks and classify risk severity levels. Mitigation recommendations, alerts, and advisories are generated and communicated through mobile, web, and messaging platforms. Continuous learning mechanisms update predictive models using field outcomes and user feedback, thereby enabling proactive agricultural risk management, improved resource utilization, enhanced productivity, and sustainable farming operations.
