Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable thermoelectric cooling bottle (100) with automatic temperature regulation. The bottle includes an insulating food grade bottle (102) having a thermal insulation layer (105), a leak proof cap (104) sealing the insulating food grade bottle (102), and a temperature sensor (106) inside the insulating food grade bottle (102). A bottom-mounted thermoelectric Peltier cooling element (108) has a cold side (107) extending into the insulating food grade bottle (102) and a hot side (109) coupled to a heat sink (110), and a cooling fan (112) below the heat sink (110) dissipates heat. A microcontroller-based temperature controller (114) compares a detected temperature with a user-defined set temperature and activates or deactivates the thermoelectric Peltier cooling element (108) and the cooling fan (112). User control buttons (118), a digital temperature display (116) and a rechargeable battery unit (120) are provided.
