Abstract: ABSTRACT A PORTABLE FENCE WINDING MACHINE The present invention discloses a portable fence winding machine (20) for reducing the manual effort and time consumption in the field. The portable machine comprises a rotating element and a wire holder. The wire holder is configured to store the necessary length of wire inside/outside machine area. The spiral tube (4) is rotatably coupled with the rotating element. The spiral tube houses a rotating thin plate at its hollow inner area. The rotating thin plate and spiral tube is configured to make the fence from the wire by means of motor rotation. The semi hollow tube (10) is configured to interlock the fence wire with the previously development mesh wires for to create the fence in the required length. The cutting tool is positioned in between the spiral tube and semi hollow tube. The cutting tool is configured to exactly cut the rolled wires after interlocking with the mesh. The cutting tool (6) can be operated by the manual press of handle. The fence storing rod is configured to store the lengthy fencing in roller form by means of rotation of the rotating blade. The coolant system (17) is configured to eliminate the heat generation during the winding process for to avoid the material damages due to excessive heat. The present invention (20) will reduce the dependency of heavy machineries for fence winding application.
