Abstract: The present invention relates to a polyherbal shot formulation for management of male infertility and a process thereof. The formulation comprises Ashwagandha, Kapikacchu, Gokshura, Safed Musli, and Shatavari extracted through a traditional decoction process. The herbal ingredients are processed using a controlled herb-to- water ratio and concentrated to obtain a phytochemically enriched formulation containing phenolics, flavonoids, alkaloids, glycosides, and antioxidant constituents. The formulation exhibits significant antioxidant activity and is useful for supporting male reproductive health, reducing oxidative stress, improving vitality, and enhancing fertility potential. The invention further provides a process for preparation and a method for administering the formulation as a herbal shot, nutraceutical supplement, or therapeutic beverage for management of male infertility.
