Abstract: ABSTRACT “A POLYHERBAL HONEY-BASED FORMULATION FOR MENSTRUAL MANAGEMENT AND A METHOD THEREOF” The present invention relates to a polyherbal honey-based formulation for menstrual management and a method thereof. The formulation comprises Mesua ferrea, Asparagus racemosus, Foeniculum vulgare, and Syzygium aromaticum incorporated within a honey-based carrier matrix to provide synergistic therapeutic activity for management of menorrhagia, menstrual discomfort, hormonal balance, and reproductive wellness. Mesua ferrea provides hemostatic activity for controlling excessive menstrual bleeding, while Asparagus racemosus supports endocrine balance and reproductive health. Foeniculum vulgare and Syzygium aromaticum provide antispasmodic, analgesic, and carminative effects for relief from uterine cramps and menstrual discomfort. The honey-based matrix improves palatability, stability, homogeneity, and bioavailability of the herbal ingredients. The invention further discloses a standardized method for preparation of the semi-solid oral formulation suitable for long-term administration.
