The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a novel polyherbal functional nutraceutical chocolate composition and a process for its preparation, specifically configured to provide simultaneous blood glucose regulation and stress management. The composition comprises a scientifically balanced matrix of Theobroma cacao (cocoa) powder, milk powder, Azadirachta indica (neem) powder, Withania somnifera (ashwagandha) powder, and Stevia rebaudiana (stevia) powder integrated uniformly within a stabilized fat carrier medium. Refined sugars and artificial sweetening agents are entirely substituted with natural stevia glycosides to achieve high palatability without introducing a glycemic load, making the confectionery formulation completely safe for diabetic individuals. Quantitative standardization confirms that each 100-gram formulation delivery matrix successfully yields a potent dose of essential therapeutic bioactives, consisting of at least 14 mg of azadirachtin from the neem fraction and at least 10 mg of withanolide from the ashwagandha fraction, alongside a high protein and dietary fiber content.
