Abstract: The present invention relates to the plug-in connection and smart electricity meter with plug-in connection. In the present invention latch lock feature is integrated in the smart electricity meter. The tool free lever principle enables time-saving connection and release of electricity cable in smart electricity meter. The contact force is provided through spring which ensures that contact remains stable over the long term, This is a push-in connection and integrated with meter body which saves time.
