Abstract: The present invention relates to a plastic compression recycling machine comprising an input hopper (1), a gearbox and shaft assembly (2), an electric motor (3), an electrical control box (4), a plastic cutter or shredder unit (5), a machine frame or table stand (6), a collection hopper (7), an extruder barrel or extruder pipe (8), and a heating coil or band heater (9). Plastic waste is fed through the input hopper (1) into the motor-driven cutter or shredder unit (5) and shredded into uniform flakes collected in the collection hopper (7). Flakes are transferred into the extruder barrel or extruder pipe (8), where the heating coil or band heater (9) melts plastic at 200– 300 degrees Celsius. Molten plastic is extruded, cooled, and cut into dense solid blocks or granules. The electrical control box (4) regulates temperature and overload protection, while the machine frame or table stand (6) supports all components.
