The medium comprises extracts of soya (Glycine max) and corn (Zea mays) combined with agar and buffering agents to provide a nutrient-rich environment for fungal growth. The method includes extraction, mixing, heating, pH adjustment, sterilization, and dispensing. The medium supports growth of diverse fungi and serves as a cost-effective, sustainable alternative to conventional fungal culture media.
