The footpeg (104) adapted to be movably attached to the frame, and has a recess (114). The mounting element (106) is adapted to movably attach the footpeg (104) to the frame (102) such that the footpeg (104) is movable about the mounting element (106) with respect to the frame (102). The sleeve (108) adapted to be disposed within the recess (114). The sleeve (108) is adapted to abut an outer surface (114) of a portion, of the mounting element (106), and is adapted to lubricate the recess (114) and the respective portion of the mounting element (106).
