Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pharmaceutical formulation for management of tinnitus. The formulation comprises a combination of active ingredients consisting of Melatonin, Taurine, Ginkgo biloba extract, Zinc bisglycinate, Methylcobalamin (Bl2), Folic acid, Vitamin Bl, and Vitamin B6, admixed with pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The active ingredients are present in specific weight ranges per dosage unit, namely 0.5 to 2.5 mg Melatonin, 150 to 250 mg Taurine, 50 to 65 mg Ginkgo biloba extract, 4 to 6 mg Zinc bisglycinate, 2.0 to 3.0 mcg, preferably 2.4 mcg Methylcobalamin (Bl2), 50 to 150 mcg Folic acid, 25 to 100 mg Vitamin B 1, and 1.2 to 1.5 mg Vitamin B6. Binary combinations of the active ingredients exhibit a cooperative functional activity characterized by a Combination Index of less than 1 (CI 1). The formulation is configured as an oral dosage form, such as a tablet or capsule, syrup, suspension spray and sublingual.
