Abstract: A pharmaceutical composition for enhanced immune response is disclosed. The composition comprises protected immune active particles, micronutrient granules, bioavailability enhancer domains, release regulating matrix material, taste moderating coating, and an outer administration carrier. Sensitive immunomodulatory constituents are structurally separated from reactive nutrients and are released in a staged manner after oral administration. The composition supports stability, content uniformity, palatability, and controlled intestinal presentation of selected actives, and is suitable for tablets, capsules, sachets, chewable units, or reconstitutable dosage forms.
